Goods purchased must be of satisfactory quality. The term can be briefly explained as:
“If they, (the goods), meet the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory”
In deciding whether goods are of satisfactory quality there is very often a need for an inspection to be carried out by an independent engineer.
